The ears are perfectly flexible and manoeuvre however you please for the best sensations. I also love the differences in settings. As a beginner vibrator, this is just the right amount for me, while the other set I purchased (Rechargeable Mini Bullet Vibrator and Sleeve Set) was too powerful on the first setting for me to even enjoy. There was no explanation on how to charge, but there's a dip in the power button that you push the charger into. I feel like that is something that should have been on the box (as there's no real instructions!), but that is my only complaint. I was a little scared I'd damage it if I was pushing it into the wrong place!
