I love the packaging and the included display stand. The instructions were hidden inside the base of the stand. The sleeve is firm yet soft and stretchy, with a lot of give, and doesn't stick to itself. The material certainly feels premium.
With a tiny bit of lube, it slides onto the penis easily. The ball loop is quite comfortable even for an extended amount of time and stays in place well. I found it much better than cock rings I've used in the past. My first time using it I was quite generous with lube so any lube that got into the loop would make it slide off the balls. I was much careful from then on.
The OH was shocked how girthy it made my penis look and was not quite ready for penetration. Maybe something we will work towards.
The toy can be used as a stroker and for foreplay. With the thickness of the sleeve, external stimulation is mostly desensitised. The internal nodules are pleasant and comparable to a Fleshlight.
For cleaning, the sleeve can be turned inside out. It's firm enough that it holds shape thus air-drying is a breeze.
