I was using this for about two months and did notice that I had some growth. Since I'm a smaller size than average. This one in particular for me was perfect. My size is about 3-4 inches max. I'm also a little more heavy set and was able to use this effectively. I noticed a better seal with the grey piece removed on the inside.

Using the thing isn't very difficult at all, but I will admit. It is a little more of a hassle if you don't have a lot of room in the tub, or if you are like me and are heavier set with a smaller size. I would usually fill it up after a shower and stand there while waiting to release pressure.

Routine is the biggest issue with this. If you are someone who really can stick to a constant routine, you will definitely noticed gains that will stay with you. But you would need to use it even longer than I did in order to keep those gains throughout the day. The main difference I noticed from this was the increase in girth. In fact, it was very noticeable on the first week.

Something interesting about using it for the time I did. I noticed that my erections would happen a lot easier and it also made me a little more sensitive to orgasm. This was fantastic feeling, but it may effect some that already have issues with finishing quickly.

I do plan to go back to my routine when I get a better opportunity to stick with it. All in all, it does help, and with constant use you will notice a difference.

This product was used by my partner. However, I assisted him in using it and I am writing the review on behalf of us both.

The product looks very much 'the part'. The appearance of it was the first thing I noticed and I was very impressed!

My partner stated that when using the product it was quite uncomfortable. The water did ease the discomfort slightly though. When ready to release, the release button was difficult to press and it took us both several attempts to actually release.

The results spoke for themselves. I was optimistic at first, but this really does work and gave his member at least an extra inch, which was fantastic. The result was temporary, but we are going to continue use and see if we can get a more permanent result!

So I received my pump, plain packaging as usual, and taking it out the box it looked kinda strange. Having never used one of these types before, it looked confusing, from the little black switch on the top, to the instructions which were quite vague. But eventually, I got my head around it (or in it ;) lol) and took it into the shower with me, instructions in hand.

The first thing I noticed, it's quite stiff (*wink*) to press the pump down, I don't know if that's because it's brand new and needs using a few times? All I do know is it can be sore in sensitive areas. But it did work, and I noticed some temporary results.

Another thing I found, was the release button was a little stiff (okay enough with the puns, you get it, lol) and to press it while wet was awkward. And when you have your penis inside something, and it's getting too much pressure and you want to release it, you want something quick and easy to press.

Again not sure if that's because it's fresh out the box, but I have used it a few times to see, and it doesn't look like it's easing up anytime soon, so that's something to look at.

Compared to other pumps I've used, this one was a little more complicated and restrictive as it's best used with water.

As a bonus, mine came with a leaflet on Jelqing, with a sample of Jelqing cream if you're into that sort of thing.

As usual, item received in discreet packaging and promptly.

The item states it is for a 3-inch penis, although I am larger than this the item still fit.

Firstly taking it out of the packaing it seemed huge and confusing, but once I read through the instructions it made more sense. It comes in 2 pieces which fit together well. There is a little switch at the very end which is tricky to operate especially wet in the shower/bath, but after a few attempts, I got used to it.

One thing it does not state on here that I could see is that even though its called 'Bathmate' you can use it in the shower and it works well. I cannot remember the last time I had a bath, showers all the way for me so was glad I could use it there.

The operation is easy after a few attempts. You take it apart, fill it with water, put it back together, making sure the switch at the top is in the closed position. You then insert your manhood into it and press firmly back against yourself to create a seal. You then flick the switch so that the water can be released when you pump it back onto yourself, hence creating the vacumn and the purpose of this item. You keep pumping, pushing out water as you pump and for me, I stopped when my manhood was almost touching the end, as I said I was bigger than the advertised size, a smaller penis maybe could have had more pumps done. You then release the valve to enable you to remove it and rinse repeat this action.

Now the size of it overall is quite large and therefore storing it is not easy. Also using it requires a lengthy alone time which is not always practical.

I have been using it for about a month now and not seen any drastic improvement in size but it does say may take months - so we will see how it goes.

I was very excited to try this product. When it arrived it cames in a nice box and with a good set of instructions on how to use it. The instructions themselves were very much appreciated as it is not the most intuitive product to use.

In short, this product does work. It creates a vacuum and pumps well.

Unfortunately it is very uncomfortable in the process. After filling the product with water and inserting oneself into it, you need to hold the product very tightly against your skin in order to keep the airlock. Unfortunately, despite trying a number of times I was unable to do this in a way that is comfortable.

That being said, the product is well made. The pumping mechanism works very well and it feels high quality. I personally wouldn’t recommend the product but maybe it will work for somebody with a different body shape.
